Saksavorst online store return conditions

General provisions

These return conditions apply to products purchased from the Saksavorst online store. The terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the consumer protection requirements of the European Union.

Consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer can buy goods from an online shop to. withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a request by e-mail to the following address. veikand@veikand.ee or fill in the return form below.

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

products that are perishable or ageing quickly;
food products with open or damaged packaging;
products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

As Saksavorst’s product range is predominantly made up of grocery products, it is most products are non-returnableunless the product has arrived damaged, spoiled or otherwise not in conformity.

Return of non-valid or damaged goods

If the product sent is:

damaged,
spoiled,
wrong product,
shortcomings,

the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods. The claim must be lodged within a reasonable time, but not later than. within 2 months from the discovery of the shortage.

The claim must be accompanied by:

order number;
the name of the problem product;
description of the shortcoming;
photo(s).

In the case of non-returnable goods, AS Veikand will bear the return costs.

Return procedure

If refunds are allowed:

the goods must be returned in their original packaging (unless the goods were already damaged on arrival);
the goods must be unused and unopened, except in the case of non-conformity;
the return will be made by an agreed method (parcel machine, courier, etc.).

The goods can be returned either to AS Veikandi office, Välja tn 7, Pärnu, or by sending the parcel to the parcel machine in Pärnu Kaubamajakas, indicating +372 5302 8250 as the contact phone number..

Money back

After receipt and verification of the returned goods, AS Veikand will refund the purchase amount. within 14 days the same payment method used to make the purchase. We have the right to wait until we receive the goods before refunding.

If only a part of the order is returned, the cost of the corresponding product will be refunded. The consumer will not be reimbursed for any additional costs resulting from the more expensive delivery method chosen by the consumer.

Liability and exceptions

Saksavorst is not responsible:

damage to the product caused by the consumer;
defects resulting from improper storage or use of the product;
for situations where the product is damaged due to a delay in delivery by the consumer.
