Personal data is data that you, as a customer, are specifically or indirectly related to by AS Veikand collects and processes the purchase order or contract to fulfill the contract with the customer and to fulfill their legal obligations.

The collection of personal data of the online shoppers can take place in the following ways:
\u2022 By entering contact information (first and last name, postal address, phone number, e-mail
address);
\u2022 Bank account number;

The collected personal data is used to deliver goods to the customer and fulfill customer obligations.

For other purposes, we will only use your personal data with your prior consent.

By agreeing to the general terms and the terms of use the customer gives us consent to process their data automatically. You can always withdraw your consent via our webpage or when making a written application. The application or withdrawal of consent shall not have a retroactive effect.

In order to serve the customers better, AS Veikand may disclose information about users to a third party who provides services to us and is contractually obliged to keep the shared information confidential (except for public authorities and government agencies).

A third party could be, for example, our transport partners.<\/p>

In addition, we may disclose information to public authorities and government agencies (e.g. police, courts, alert center, Data Protection Inspectorate): we will only pass on your data if we are required by law to do so.

We will store the customer’s personal data until the termination of the loyalty agreement. We store data that we are obliged to keep pursuant to legislation (e.g. accounting data) in accordance with the requirements provided by legislation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

AS Veikand will take all the precautionary measures (incl. administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Access to customer data is limited to those employees who need the data to perform work tasks (for example, to complete orders).

The customer has all the rights that are described in Personal Data Protection Act.

The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his data, information on the use of the data and the transfer of the data to himself or a third party in a publicly available format.

We treat the request for termination of data processing as a statement to terminate the loyalty agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
