Hot Dog Machine BockMaster is designed for use to serve wieners and sausages in dining places. The device is suitable for small room businesses, examples: kiosks, outdoor restaurants, bistros, cafes, gas stations.
Above the device heater is located bowl of water, wherein the evaporating water keeps the sausage drying. The correct temperature for each product can be selected on the switch on the front panel. The heat must be enough that sausage casing will not burst and at the same time when you serve sausage, the surface will dry.
The German noun Knackwurst comes from the German words knacken (“to crack”) or knackig (“crisp”). This refers to the sound what makes cooked natural casing sausage, when you bite into it.
