Instructions for use:
Swell the gelatin in cold water for ~ 5 min. Heat the mixture until dissolved, do not boil (temp. ~80°C).
Add the mixture to the food and allow to solidify at refrigerator temperature.
The dosage amount of gelatin depends on the raw materials used and the desired strength of the gel.
